2019 Tempus Two Copper Hunter Valley Shiraz

Keeping with the innovation of the Copper series, this wine is cut from a different cloth; the 2019 Shiraz across the region is a modern classic in style; ripe and oaked accordingly. The wines will drink and age over decades to come. This year’s Copper Shiraz, however, is all about approachability; only old oak was utilized with a clear focus during assemblage, the outcome being this wine is palatable, young and harnesses the style of the region that was revered by the consumer in the mid to late ’80s, given no Uno was made this year, all the Hunter Valley old vines typically set aside for it went into the Copper Shiraz.
